Dispute regarding construction works

In a dispute with the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate regarding the construction permit document, which grants the right to carry out construction of more than 5000 sq.m., Vytautas Ruskys successfully represented the client's (builder's) interests. The dispute involved the invalidation of the construction works of a general-area residential building in Vilnius' Old Town. The disagreement was resolved by a court ruling in favour of the builder after the court dismissed the inspection lawsuit as unjustified, allowing the builder to successfully proceed and complete the project that was under construction.

With more than 15 years of expertise in the field of real estate project development, Vytautas Ruskys is able to effectively represent the interests of clients during the challenging design, planning, and construction stages, as well as during the realization and use of developed assets.

He represented clients' interests in significant real estate transactions, such as the sale of a collection of buildings and land parcels with a combined area of more than one hectare in the heart of Vilnius, Lithuania, a location that is distinctive from a historical perspective.
